What data we collect
- During scheduling: name, email, WhatsApp, purchase goal, investment range, chosen type, day, time, and the development of interest.
- When requesting pricing tables and conditions: name, email, WhatsApp, and the development.
- On new launch notifications: email, name (optional), cities, and price range.
- On developer requests (ad correction or removal) and personal data inquiries on the contact page: name, email, the developer (for ad requests only), and request message.
- Visit source data alongside any request: the page you were on, button used, campaign parameters (such as utm and gclid), language, browser time zone, and approximate country and city when provided by infrastructure. To enable this, the site stores your first and last landing pages with referral sources in your browser local storage, as well as a first-party cookie (_lp_gclid) for 90 days when links contain Google Ads gclid parameters.
- Favorites and comparisons remain strictly in your browser local storage and are never sent to us unless shared during your consultation.
Cookies, analytics, and maps
Currently, the site does not load third-party analytics tools. If Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta are activated, this policy will be updated beforehand, and tools will only load after your explicit consent via a cookie banner.
On pages with interactive maps, the map loads only after you tap "Show the map". At that moment, your browser fetches map images from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address. The map library (Leaflet) is served directly by our site.
How we use your data
To schedule and conduct your online investment consultation or show unit visit, send requested pricing tables and terms, notify subscribers about new launches, answer contact page requests, present relevant developments, follow up on customer service, and measure request sources. The legal grounds are your consent given in each form and the execution of requested procedures (LGPD, art. 7, I and V); personal data requests are processed to comply with statutory duties under LGPD (art. 7, II). Updates on new launches via email or WhatsApp are sent only to users who opt in through a separate, optional consent box independent of scheduling or pricing requests.
Who we share data with
With the local real estate specialist handling your service and the partner brokerage responsible for deal mediation (Lucas Baêta, Onovo Imobiliário; Roberto Suisso (R S Imóveis)). If you submit an offer, data is shared with the chosen development's developer. Developer inquiries and personal data requests remain exclusively with the portal team. We never sell your data.
Where your data is stored
Your data is hosted on Google Cloud servers located in the United States (database and web servers). This international data transfer is carried out with the provider's contractual safeguards pursuant to art. 33 of the LGPD.
Retention period
Data is retained for the duration of your service and up to 12 months after the last interaction, during which referral origins are logged for record-keeping, unless a longer legal retention duty applies. Subscriptions for new launch alerts remain active until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, data access, correction, anonymization, portability, or deletion, inquire about third-party sharing, and revoke consent at any time, through the personal data request form on the contact page. We reply within 15 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
