About Litoral na Planta

A catalog of new launches on the coast of Brazil, made for investors, even from far away.

What it is

Litoral na Planta brings together off-plan developments on the coast of Brazil in one place, with the same fact sheet for all of them: developer, neighborhood, stage, expected completion, floor plans and the "from" price when it is public. It starts with two regions: Santa Catarina's north coast (Porto Belo, Itapema, Bombinhas, Balneário Camboriú, Camboriú and Itajaí) and the Lakes Region of Rio de Janeiro (Cabo Frio, Búzios and Rio das Ostras).

Who is behind it

Litoral na Planta is a real estate marketing project, an initiative of Netlinks Group. Netlinks Group runs the portal, the content and the technology. Each region's specialist is a real estate broker, and the brokerage of the purchase is always handled by that broker or the broker's agency, with the CRECI number shown on the page.

Where the data comes from

All information is sourced from public data: developer and builder websites, news outlets, and market indices, with sources and dates clearly cited on each page. Content is written by our team based on verified facts; development images are taken from the developers' public marketing material and are illustrative. Developments come from the developers' official websites, and each region's specialist reviews their own catalog and can correct a detail or remove a listing from the portal.

Who assists you

Each region has its own specialist:

  • Santa Catarina's north coast: Lucas Baêta, CRECI being confirmed, with brokerage by Onovo Imobiliário, CRECI 11199. Covers Porto Belo, Itapema, Bombinhas, Balneário Camboriú, Camboriú and Itajaí.

What we do not do

We do not offer promises of rental yields or capital appreciation. All market statistics include sources and dates; calculated scenarios are presented strictly as simulations.
