According to the FipeZap residential sales index for September 2026, the average price per square meter was R$15,369 in Balneário Camboriú (a 3.38% increase over 12 months), R$15,340 in Itapema (a 4.37% increase), and R$13,453 in Itajaí (a 5.25% increase). Among the 56 cities tracked by the index, Vitória leads, Balneário Camboriú ranks 2nd, Itapema 3rd, and Itajaí 5th. In September, Balneário Camboriú surpassed Itapema.
