Sunset Beach Residence

Located on Rua Leonor Baron, 78, in the Balneário Perequê neighborhood of Porto Belo, Sunset Beach Residence is a development by WRS Construtora e Incorporadora. Situated 250 meters from the beach, the project is currently under construction and features an exclusive layout of just 2 apartments per floor.

The units feature high-end finishes, porcelain tile flooring, drywall ceiling drops, a balcony with a barbecue grill, and a digital door lock. The internal infrastructure includes hot water piping, individual utility meters (water, electricity, and gas), a private parking space, and pre-wiring for split air conditioning. The common area offers a decorated entrance lobby and a rooftop featuring a pool, a party hall, a game room, and a playroom.

Being in the construction phase means a shorter timeline until the handover of the keys. Interested investors can request the construction schedule and project details. The price list, floor plans, and payment plans are presented through an online investment consultation or during an in-person visit to the development site and the show unit.
