About the development
Under construction at Praia de Bombas, in the Bombas neighborhood of Bombinhas, Concept Residence is being developed by Francez Empreendimentos. The residential project offers apartment options with 2 or 3 en-suite bedrooms (suites), as well as penthouses featuring 3 or 4 en-suite bedrooms.
The building features a 300 m² amenities area, delivered fully furnished and decorated. Facilities include a heated pool, fitness center, event hall, pub bar, and gourmet lounge. From a technical standpoint, the property includes two smart elevators, acoustic insulation in the floor slabs, infrastructure for home automation, ambient sound systems, solar panels, and electric vehicle charging stations.
For buyers, acquiring a property during the pre-construction phase provides the opportunity to track physical construction progress ahead of handover of the keys. Updated price lists, floor plans, and commercial terms are available during an online investment consultation or through a visit to the show unit and construction site.
